A Generation Global video conference is a 60-minute, facilitated online dialogue where young people engage in real-time, face-to-face communication with global peers in a safe, inclusive space, learning about different cultures, sharing values, and developing dialogue and critical thinking skills.

About the session's moderator:

Angélica Santana Fierro has worked in the Education and Training fields for 16 years. She advocates for the integration of technology and intercultural skills to empower global citizens. Formerly a social sciences professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, she created Connective Multicultural Learning, a nationwide virtual exchange strategy. As an Education and Technology Consultant, she collaborated with institutions like The State University of New York and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Since 2021 she is an Education Specialist at Generation Global.
