iMPACT Festival 2022 - “It begins with us” | International School of Yangon
iMPACT'22 brought middle school at International School Yangon's (ISY) together over the course of 3-weeks to live the school's vision statement, and to become agents of positive change in the world. They did this by addressing important and urgent issues in the community, issues identified and described by the iMPACT leadership team, a group of inspirational young leaders from grades 9 and 10.

In its inaugural year, students addressed topics such as period poverty, access to clean water, indoor air pollution, and the mental health impacts of online learning. Culminating in a demonstration of their progress and visible to the entire community, it was clear that, in the words of Ivy in Grade 7, 'a small change makes a big impact'.
