Our Community
Generation Global brings together young people and creates spaces to connect, build capabilities, contribute their perspectives, and take meaningful action
Some come to have a conversation. Some bring an idea. Some are already taking action. Others want to find people who understand the questions they are asking.
Together, they make Generation Global a community where experiences can be shared, perspectives challenged and new paths discovered.
Community is built with each other
Across Generation Global, young people engage in intercultural communication through Dialogue Exchange, ask questions and host community events through Festival of Hope, build projects that impact local and global communities through the Global Youth Action Fund, contribute their perspectives to the education ecosystem through the IB Youth Advisory Council and support one another through communities such as IBlieve.
These experiences are different, but they share something important: young people learn by bringing their voices into spaces and their ideas to life.
Stay connected
One experience can lead somewhere unexpected.
There is no fixed route through Generation Global.
You might meet someone through a dialogue, discover an issue you want to explore further, host something in your community, develop a project or return later to support other young people.
Generation Global is designed to make those connections possible over time.
Share your experience
Your story might help someone else find their next step.
If Generation Global has led you somewhere interesting, introduced you to someone, changed your thinking or helped you take action, we would like to hear about it.
