For our project, we'll recruit enthusiastic volunteers from years 7 to 9, interested in baking, making posters, managing stalls, and creating a survey. We'll maintain progress through discussions within the team. The survey will be anonymous and collect information about identities and experiences with discrimination. At the stall day, we'll offer baked goods with QR codes linked to the survey.

To make a real impact, we'll use survey data for a thought-provoking podcast discussing discrimination within our community. We'll add a fun numerical question to attract more listeners, offering prizes like movie tickets or store vouchers. The podcast will be on Spotify, aiming for 50+ listeners and featuring project participants as guests.

Our social media presence on Instagram will inform students about opportunities to participate and project updates. We'll encourage the ISH community to follow us for stall and baking dates, weekly fun facts on equality, and podcast episode releases. Our goal is to promote unity and meaningful change within our community.
