AIS Reflection Garden
The AIS Reflection Garden is an interdisciplinary trilingual project that is based on trying to help students of all ages understand nature by creating an ecofriendly garden with a pond they can learn from and help care of.
The Reflection Garden will provide great educational value and help educate students about life cycles, plants, insects, animals, ecosystems, and sustainability. This garden will give a space for community building and reflection. Students will have the opportunity to go there to be in a better mindset, and children will be excited about coming to school and start their day.
Through service learning, science, and design classes students will have a natural, living, and learning laboratory, raw materials for design biomaterial projects, and learn about sustainable ecosystems. Being chosen by the GYAF, helps us fund our project and make it more enjoyable for all our community to learn and reflect.
