From Art to Income
Our project is dedicated to empowering local female artisans by bridging the gap between their traditional skills and the global marketplace. Currently, these women are forced to sell their handmade products to middlemen, who claim the majority of the profits, leaving the artists with minimal earnings.
Our project is dedicated to empowering local female artisans by bridging the gap between their traditional skills and the global marketplace. Currently, these women are forced to sell their handmade products to middlemen, who claim the majority of the profits, leaving the artists with minimal earnings.
To solve this, we have designed a 6-month Intensive Bootcamp delivered in four strategic phases:
- Branding and Global standards: Training on global demand and contemporary designs.
- Customer Relationship: Teaching effective communication with international buyers.
- Digital Marketing: Building the skills needed to promote their work online.
- Coaching: Assisting them in creating professional online shops by the help of expert mentors.
Our goal is to connect this local artists to the international customers and bridge the gap between Hazara Town and the Global market.
