Brighter Future & Brightly Beaming

We are an interschool nonprofit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of underserved children through creating learning opportunities. In Thailand, a significant number of individuals aged over 15 years are illiterate, and approximately 120,000 children are in institutional care due to limited educational access.

Our solution is to provide free educational resources through our digital library website, Brightly Beaming, for the children to access remotely. To ensure our outreach to communities with limited technology access, we publish and print books with multilingual translations from the library, which are subsequently distributed to rural schoolers, tribal and stateless children throughout Thailand and its neighbouring regions. All books are embedded with QR codes, offering access to our library website for unlimited downloads. We also run tutoring sessions for the children at the Home of Praise Nursery in Bangkok's disadvantaged neighbourhood and the Thai Red Cross Children Home.

With a grant and the global network opportunities offered by the IB, we aim to print many thousands more books and channel our voices toward equitable education with other youth leaders for collective actions in their local communities.
