Buy42 Community
BUY42 is China’s first chain of charity stores, with over 50% of its staff consisting of people with disabilities.
Its vision is to establish a community welfare ecosystem centered around charity stores, fostering an inclusive, green, and civic-minded culture where everyone can participate in public welfare. Yet in this society that prioritizes efficiency and utilitarianism, the voices of the disabled community are often silenced.
Through our partnership with BUY42, we have organized numerous clothing sorting activities in school community stores, as well as charity sales and upcycling initiatives for idle items. With the BUY42 project, we aim to reduce social inequality and promote an inclusive, environmentally friendly school atmosphere.
