Farmers living in less fortunate areas in Lebanon are not able to sell their harvest profitably, which causes displacement to cities for better jobs as well as a decrease in their production and income.

The main role of my project is to buy the harvest and cooking products from the farmers and later sell them to restaurants, supermarkets, and other consumers who will benefit from the products. This way, the villagers will gain a reasonable profit for their harvest, and my project will gain a profit from selling. Our project also supports the role of women in this production because women specialize in making Lebanese dishes from these products. We plan on expanding by starting to move to other villages in Lebanon located in different areas. We can also start an application for the products we sell to make it easier to both know about us and acquire our products, as well as add recipes that require the products being sold. Finally, in the future, we can start selling outside Lebanon and even get help from students in IB schools all around the world.
