The Dharia Initiative
The Dharia Initiative is a dynamic, student-led project born from the initiatives of Pradita Dirgantara High School’s students.
At the heart of our vision and mission is a dedicated push to combat illiteracy across Indonesia. We recognize that a strong foundation in reading and comprehension is the key to unlocking a child’s potential to strive for their dreams.
To turn this belief into reality, our team takes a hands-on, grassroots approach by traveling to varying schools and communities to reach out to disadvantaged youngsters, providing them with dedicated support, and resources that they need to access a proper, high-quality education.
Ultimately, the actions of The Dharia Initiative are designed to give a lasting global impact. Through our envisioned efforts, we are actively pushing forward the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal No. 4: Quality Education.
Through our unwavering efforts, we hope not only to transform the lives of the students and youngsters we work with, but also inspire a wider movement toward an equitable, inclusive, and lifelong learning for all.
