Empire Exchange
Empire Exchange is an educational board game designed to teach adolescents the fundamentals of finance, economics, and real-world decision-making through interactive, consequence-based gameplay.
By simulating economic systems and trade-offs in constrained environments, it helps students develop skills that are often missing from traditional eduction: critical thinking, strategic planning, and financial awareness. What began as a school project in 2024 has grown into a scalable initiative. To date, Empire Exchange has been distributed in government schools across Telangana, India, and has generated over 30,000 INR through commercial sales.
These profits are reinvested into a larger mission of funding career counsellors in government schools across Telangana, India, to address the lack of accessible guidance for students. Moving forward, the project's goal is to expand distribution across schools and retail platforms, increasing both accessibility and reach, while scaling its dual-impact model of experiential learning and reinvestment into long-term student support systems.
By strengthening partnerships with schools, communities, and local stakeholders, Empire Exchange seeks to ensure sustained engagement and measurable outcomes, enabling the initiative to grow beyond a single product into a scalable, student-driven ecosystem of learning and opportunity.
