Growing Green assesses the presence and the extent to which heavy metals are present in agricultural soils in different regions of Indonesia and the impact it may have on humans and agro-ecosystems.
We have grown our own samples with different soils around the country and we plan to publish our findings in a research study. Through this, we aim to increase awareness amongst farmers, consumers and other relevant stakeholders about the negative influence of the presence of heavy metals in agricultural practices.
