iZhureq
iZhureq - a volunteer organization aimed at supporting children with special health needs through creative activities as art therapy, as well as covering related topics at the public level.
As part of art therapy, we conduct creative activities with various artistic techniques that help children develop fine motor skills, improve their emotional state and express themselves.
These activities contribute to their recovery and emotional development. iZhureq creates an environment in which every child, regardless of their disabilities, can develop, find support and feel confident. We are cooperating with the Heart Center and the National Center for Children's Development. We work with children who undergo rehabilitation after is surgeries, with heart defects, as well as with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
To implement the project, a team of volunteers was formed who strive to contribute to helping children. Workshops with professional psychologists are regularly organized for students of comprehensive schools on the topic of what autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are and how to properly interact with such children. We hope that as a result of our activities, not only children with special needs, but also their peers and the wider public will become more aware and sensitive to such issues.
