Kavach is a safe space empowering adolescents with relevant self-help strategies, knowledge, and resources so that they have the skill and strength to navigate through their wellbeing issues like burdening academic competition, increasing social media pressures, substance abuse (vaping), cyberbullying, insecurity etc.

Kavach is a safe space empowering adolescents with relevant self-help strategies, knowledge, and resources so that they have the skill and strength to navigate through their wellbeing issues like burdening academic competition, increasing social media pressures, substance abuse (vaping), cyberbullying, insecurity etc.

Kavach also aims to cultivate a community of like-minded peers who can talk about their shared problems and feel more accompanied in their struggles. IB will give me the opportunity to collaborate with adolescents across age groups, geographies, and backgrounds in Kavach, make them Kavach well-being ambassadors so that they are empowered to not only help themselves but also their peers.
