Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) as a biomarker for breast cancer detection
myZone is a web-based platform designed to make breast cancer monitoring affordable and accessible.
It utilizes AI and clinical datasets to analyze personalized biomarkers from simple blood tests, helping detect breast cancer risk early - especially in low-resource settings. Women can input their monthly LDH test results (costing around $4 in Kazakhstan) into the site, which provides a personalized risk score and suggests whether further testing is needed. By combining bioinformatics, AI, and open-access cancer databases such as PanCancer Atlas, TNMPlot, cBioPortal etc, myZone offers a non-invasive, low-cost alternative to traditional screenings like biopsies or imaging. Through this project, we hope to empower patients with accessible tools for continuous cancer monitoring and improve early detection worldwide.
