Learning Beyond the Classroom

Learning Beyond the Classroom is a youth-led initiative designed to support students who lack academic guidance outside school. The project creates peer-learning circles where older students mentor younger ones in core subjects, study skills, and confidence-building.

Learning Beyond the Classroom is a youth-led initiative designed to support students who lack academic guidance outside school. The project creates peer-learning circles where older students mentor younger ones in core subjects, study skills, and confidence-building.

By transforming learning into a collaborative and supportive experience, the initiative helps students overcome academic challenges while empowering youth to take leadership roles. The project also promotes inclusive education by ensuring that every student, regardless of background, has access to guidance and encouragement.

Through structured sessions, mentorship, and community engagement, Learning Beyond the Classroom aims to improve academic performance, build confidence, and develop essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Our goal is to create a sustainable model that can be adopted by schools and communities, where students support each other’s growth. We hope to inspire a culture where learning extends beyond classrooms and young people actively contribute to positive change in their communities.
