Medical Financial Literacy AI Chatbot
We created a Medical Financial Chatbot to educate underdeveloped communities about the intricacies of medical insurance and finances. It is known that medical insurance is very confusing, and for those who may not understand English very well, the burden of sudden medical expenses may cause extreme stress in families.
Our goal is to create an easy-to-use, specific to location, clear and simple chatbot that can be used by everyone. We want to eventually incorporate information from hospitals and insurance companies all over the world to make the information provided by the chatbot as applicable and relevant to the user as possible, as well as provide contact information if the user has further questions. We hope to educate everyone and make sure that nobody has to deal with unexpected medical expenses.
