Mica Educa is the first Peruvian organization created fully by Youth for Youth that focuses on the accomplishment of SDG 4 and SDG 10 by training low-income communities, students, and teenagers on leadership, artistic and STEM abilities, and capacity-building knowledge so they can become the leaders of their own areas.

During the last years, Mica Educa has impacted 16 out of 24 Peruvian provinces, and more than 13 nations with their “Embajadores Mica Educa - leadership bootcamps”, and thousands of users through social media.

With the funding and support of the IB, Mica Educa will organize the first “Mica Educa Fest”: an in person full day event where low income high school students can access to free talks, activities and social networking groups so they can learn more about leadership and how to “create their own impact”.
