This project aims to develop the skills and capabilities of intellectually disabled Individuals so they can be empowered.
Research has shown that the majority of these individuals do not meet the education requirements and training in order to allow them to enter the world of work and treated equally. I hope that by receiving the grant, I will be able to enhance this project and engage more stakeholders and supporters to expand the project and able to reach more numbers of intellectually disabled individuals so they are ready to enter the world of work.
