Profile
OneStepGreener
Our project, OneStepGreener, is a youth-led initiative dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
Through innovative approaches such as afforestation drives, waste management solutions, and recycling programs, we aim to address pressing environmental challenges while promoting a greener, more sustainable future. With our afforestation drive, we have planted over 45,000 native trees in the Miyawaki style, contributing to forest regeneration and carbon sequestration. Simultaneously, our waste management efforts have enabled us to collect and recycle over 600,000 kilograms of waste, thereby reducing landfill waste and conserving natural resources. Our ultimate goal is to create a significant and lasting impact on the environment by fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship. We hope to inspire and mobilize youth globally to take action towards a more sustainable future, demonstrating that small steps can lead to significant positive change. Through our partnership with the Global Youth Action Fund of IB, we aim to amplify our impact and reach, creating a ripple effect of environmental consciousness and action across communities worldwide.
