The Peduli Initiative, founded by Nathan Alexandro Tjhe (Pontianak, West Borneo), is a student-led community project dedicated to alleviating poverty among underprivileged communities in Singapore and beyond, addressing SDG 10.

Peduli also acts as a platform where marginalised communities can feel safe and interact with one another. Supported by the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore (KBRI), Indonesian Student Association of NTU (PINTU), Sinar Mas Group, and Orchardz Hotel Group. As of early 2026, we have 3 chapters spanning across: Singapore, West Borneo, and Sumatra. With more chapters coming soon.

Recognised by The Singapore Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA). Peduli Initiative is the first project in ACS (International) history to permit a formal handover to subsequent cohorts, demonstrating its commitment to long-term community impact and sustainability while ensuring continuity beyond the founding group or the graduation of any single batch.
