Project Samvaad
Project Samvaad is my initiative to make music education accessible to underprivileged students and music teachers in government schools across Mumbai.
Launched in March 2024, the project began as professional keyboard training for teachers from five government schools and has since evolved into a musical curriculum where I teach both students and their teachers.
Every Saturday morning, I conduct sessions that focus on building students’ technical keyboard skills while nurturing their confidence and love for music. Alongside this, I mentor 10 music teachers from multiple schools, helping refine their teaching methods and musical abilities. My goal is to create a sustainable, trickle-down effect—empowering teachers to educate their own students through improved music instruction.
With the support of the Global Youth Action Fund, I hope to scale Project Samvaad across more government schools in Mumbai. I aim to expand access to more instruments, involve more youth in this journey, and create a strong, inclusive community where music is a shared passion and tool for growth. Music is a powerful form of connection and expression. Through Project Samvaad, I hope to create a lasting impact—where every note inspires confidence, creativity, and change.
