Projeto Mãos na Massa
Since 2017, our mission has been to provide the less fortunate and disabled with a suitable and dignified home.
Being a prominent issue in the São Paulo, Brazil area, we are constantly looking to expand our positive impact on the lives of people here, as we build the houses ourselves and truly get to witness, first hand, the importance of our work. We take pride in providing our beneficiaries with a basic need in adequate housing that everyone should have, and seek to replicate the joy we've seen our work generate over the years. Carlos Alberto, who suffers of congenital contracture, is our current beneficiary. Over the past few months we have demolished his previous faulty home and rebuilt it entirely, offering him and his son something they have dreamed of for years. Nevertheless, our work is far from over. There are still countless people who sadly live in such precarious conditions, people who need our help, people whose disabilities inhibit them from upward social mobility, resultantly unable to afford better housing for themselves.
