Stem4Impact

STEM4Impact is a global, youth-led initiative focused on providing underserved students with hands-on STEM education.

STEM4Impact is a global, youth-led initiative focused on providing underserved students with hands-on STEM education.

Our flagship program, STEMLabs, establishes innovation centers in under-resourced schools, where students use tools like 3D printers, Arduino kits, and robotics to create solutions in renewable energy, assistive technology, and sustainability. Since launching, STEM4Impact has impacted over 1,400 students across 20+ countries.

During our project incubators and global hackathons, students have developed projects like solar-powered lamps, AI-driven accessibility tools, and mental health chatbots, many of which have earned global recognition.

With the support of the Global Youth Action Fund, we plan to expand STEM4Impact by establishing additional STEMLabs, providing micro-grants to fund student-driven projects, and organizing hackathons and innovation summits to engage more youth in STEM. This will allow us to deepen our impact and provide more opportunities for students to innovate.

We hope to demonstrate how a student-driven initiative can create meaningful, real-world change by aligning with IB values like inquiry, creativity, and global-mindedness. By sharing our story, we aim to inspire other young people to take action, showing that with the right resources and support, youth can lead positive transformation in their communities and beyond.
