TalentX
TalentX is a student-led initiative across Gurugram that aims to empower underprivileged children living below India’s poverty line by equipping them with real-world skills through experiential learning.
Focused on holistic development by building abilities such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and AI literacy—skills that help students become confident, adaptable, and independent beyond their formal schooling.
Through interactive workshops in areas such as design, public speaking, marketing, and AI literacy, students explore their talents while gaining practical knowledge often missing from traditional classrooms and preparing for a rapidly evolving future. For the underprivileged children we work with, TalentX goes beyond skill-building workshops by creating opportunities to participate in competitions, performances, and showcases where they can present their ideas, gain recognition, and build confidence.
These experiences help students see their potential and develop the self-belief needed to pursue new opportunities. TalentX also bridges social divides within the city by connecting privileged high-school students with government schools and nonprofit organizations.
Student volunteers mentor and lead workshops in areas they are passionate about while developing leadership, empathy, and social responsibility. As the initiative grows, we are on the road to empowering 10,000 students with future-ready skills while building a strong, youth-driven volunteering community across Gurugram.
