Wonders Garden is a student-led initiative based at China World Academy in Changshu, China. Our mission is to build bridges of companionship, trust, and inclusion for neurodiverse children, who often face social isolation due to limited access to appropriate learning environments and peer interaction.

Wonders Garden is a student-led initiative based at China World Academy in Changshu, China. Our mission is to build bridges of companionship, trust, and inclusion for neurodiverse children, who often face social isolation due to limited access to appropriate learning environments and peer interaction.

Through art, music, and language workshops, we create safe, low-pressure spaces where children can express themselves freely. Sessions are led by student facilitators and supported by trained “Buddies,” who provide one-to-one companionship.

We aim to nurture emotional awareness, build confidence, and foster meaningful social connections. Beyond workshops, we lead neurodiversity awareness campaigns to reduce stereotypes and promote inclusive thinking within schools and the wider community. Ultimately, Wonders Garden seeks to create sustainable, inclusive spaces where every child feels seen, understood, and valued.
